The right tools, every step of the way.

Special education software built by two working teachers — designed for the way classrooms actually feel and the way districts actually run.

The toolkit

Tools we'd show you first.

We built each of these because the alternative was a spreadsheet, a clipboard, or software that clearly hadn't met a real classroom.

Pricing

Priced around how each tool is used.

We don't do one-size-fits-all licensing. Depending on the tool, pricing is per seat, per student, or per specialist — so a district only pays for the way a tool is actually used.

Per seat

Billed by the number of staff seats — for tools a team logs into day to day.

Per student

Billed by the students served, so cost scales with caseload rather than headcount.

Per specialist

Billed per specialist — for tools built around a single provider's workflow.

We don't publish per-tool list prices yet. The right model — and the specific numbers — is something we set together with your district, scoped to the tools your team decides to adopt.

How a pilot works

Start small. Scale when it works.

No district-wide leap of faith. Prove a tool in one room, then grow it at whatever pace your team and budget allow.

Pick a tool

Choose the one tool that solves your team's loudest problem today.

Pilot one room

Run it in a single classroom for a few weeks. We set it up with you.

Roll out a site

Once teachers feel it working, expand to the whole site's SPED team.

Scale the suite

Add tools and sites at your pace — pricing scales the same way.

For districts

Pilot one tool. Or stack the suite.

Start with a single classroom, a single site, or a district-wide rollout. We'd love to hear what you're working on.
